Listed price is per 12 ounces of dehydrated gullet.  Your choice of gullet tubes, twists, or jerky.   The tubes and jerky are leathery in texture while the twists have a bit more density and crunch.  The jerky has a very strong odor; the tubes and twists have a milder odor.

What are Gullets?
Gullets come from the esophagus of cattle.  They are mostly cartilage and are a natural source of chondroitin sulfate, which contributes to the strength, flexibility, and shock absorption of the joints.
