The Reward Points program is our way of thanking you for being a loyal shopper at WalkInTheBark.com. All you need to do in order to get Reward Points is to simply make a purchase, and you will earn 1 Point for every dollar you spent.

Once you've accumulated 100 Reward Points, we will email a gift certificate to you good for $5 off your next purchase.  Our gift certificates never expire!

Applying your gift certificate is easy:

• If paying by Paypal, credit/debit card, or money order, just select Gift Certificate as the payment option during Checkout, as shown below.  Enter the unique code and click on the Continue button.  The gift certificate amount will be applied to your purchase. If the system does not accept the code and you are sure there is still a balance on it, you may email your code immediately after payment and ask that it be applied manually.  We will then issue you a refund in that amount. 

• If paying by Google Checkout, just send an email to us immediately after payment noting your Gift Certificate code.  We will then issue you a refund in the amount of that Gift Certificate. 
  

Reward Points Details

• Reward Points are manually added to your account at the time we ship your order so may not be reflected immediately after purchase.
  

• You can check the balance of your Reward Points by logging in to your account.  Your Rewards Points will be displayed at the bottom left corner.

• Gift certificates are issued 30 days after you have accumulated 100 Reward Points.

• You can check the balance of your gift certificate at any time here.

• Points cannot be redeemed for cash and can only be used towards products.

• Points cannot be refunded on cancelled orders.

• Points cannot be used towards any applicable shipping costs or sales tax.
  

• Only 1 gift certificate may be redeemed per order.
